When will my product arrive?

Once your tracking number has been emailed to you, please track your item by going here, to parcelsapp.com/en.

Allow for up to two days for a tracking number to be emailed before reaching out.

How many days do I have to return my product?

You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 15 days of delivery

Is there anything I cannot return?

Yes, You may not return the following:

Clearance items

Gift cards

Personalized items

Bundled items at discounted rates, e.g. “5 for $25” (unless the entire bundle is returned)

Items you have already assembled

Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page

Upgraded shipping charges (expedited, express, room of choice, etc.)

I received the wrong item, what should I do?

Should you ever receive the wrong item we will simply replace it for you or issue you a full refund.
