Frequently Asked Questions

When will my product arrive? 

  • Once your tracking number has been emailed to you, please track your item by going here, to parcelsapp.com/en.

  • Allow for up to two days for a tracking number to be emailed before reaching out. 

  • Refer to the Shipping info page for further details.

How many days do I have to return my product?

  • You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 15 days of delivery

    • NOTE: If it is past the 15 days please send an email directly to customer care at info@shoprhod.com

  • Refer to the Customer Care Center to start the process 

  • Refer to the General Return Policy page for more information.

Is there anything I cannot return?

  • Yes, You may not return the following:

    • ​Clearance items

    • Gift cards

    • Personalized items

    • Bundled items at discounted rates, e.g. “5 for $25” (unless the entire bundle is returned)

    • Items you have already assembled

    • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page

    • Upgraded shipping charges (expedited, express, room of choice, etc.)

I received the wrong item, what should I do?​​

  • Should you ever receive the wrong item we will simply replace it for you or issue you a full refund.

  • Go to the Customer Care Center to start your item replacement request. 

  • Refer to the General Return Policy page for more information.
